In Loving Memory Of Kaniya Durr

Kaniya Durr was killed Tuesday in a three-vehicle crash near the S&G gas station at the intersection of Sylvania Avenue and Holland Sylvania Road.

According to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP), a Ford Escape was driving north on Holland Sylvanua Road just before 5 p.m. Tuesday. At the same time, Kaniya Durr, 20, of Toledo, was also driving north.

The driver of the Ford Escape attempted a U-turn, Durr hit the Ford and went off the left side of the road, according to the release. Durr then continued through a parking lot and onto Sylvania Avenue.

According to the release, Durr was then hit by another vehicle.
