Tragic Morning Crash on Bell Farm Road Claims Life of 19-Year-Old Brianna Brown

On Tuesday December 30th, at 07:53 a.m., the North Carolina State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated a fatal collision on Bell Farm Road near Farmwood Drive, in Iredell County.

A 2005 Toyota Camry was traveling North on Bell Farm Road, drove off the roadway and overcorrected back on to the roadway. The Camry then crossed into the southbound lane of travel and caused a collision with a 2023 BMW X1.

The driver of the Camry, Brianna Brown,19, of Salisbury succumbed to her injuries as a result of the collision.

The driver of the BMW, Florence Crawford-Randall, 53, of Statesville was transported to Atrium Baptist Hospital in stable condition. Two Juvenile passengers were transported to Brenners Children’s Hospital in critical condition.

While Troopers conducted the initial investigation, Bell Farm Road was closed for 4 hours. There will be no charges in this case.
