LEMON HILL, Calif. — The community mourns the tragic loss of Ronisha Marie Daniel, who passed away early Saturday morning following a devastating traffic collision. Ronisha’s life, full of promise, kindness, and warmth, was cut far too short, leaving family, friends, and all who knew her heartbroken.
According to the California Highway Patrol South Sacramento division, the crash occurred around 1:13 AM on Franklin Boulevard near 47th Avenue. A gray Nissan Rogue failed to stop at a red traffic light, striking a silver Nissan Rogue before entering a parking lot and hitting a fence. Ronisha, the driver of the gray SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two passengers in her vehicle, along with the driver and one passenger of the silver SUV, were hospitalized with major injuries. CHP investigators believe alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
Ronisha was cherished for her infectious smile, generous spirit, and the genuine care she extended to everyone around her.
