According to the Indiana State Police, the incident occurred around 6:45 p.m., west of County Road S 800 E. Initial investigations revealed that, for reasons still unknown, Vincent walked into the roadway and was struck sequentially by an SUV, a car, and a pickup truck traveling westbound.
